Skilled with Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certified practitioners from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), InnoCape offers project management services to help clients plan, execute, and monitor their projects efficiently.
Organizational Change Management:
Skilled in the PROSCI ADKAR® model, InnoCape helps clients navigate organizational changes, such as gaining buy in for new applications or restructuring. Our processes include assessing the impact of the change, developing a change management plan, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting employees through the transition.
Business Process Improvement:
InnoCape assists clients in improving their business processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality. Using the CMMI® model, our people are adept at analyzing existing processes, identifying areas for improvement, designing new processes, and implementing process changes.

Consulting:
Using the ITIL® framework, InnoCape assists clients in developing their IT strategies to align their technology investments with their business goals. This may involve conducting assessments of current IT capabilities, identifying gaps and opportunities, and developing roadmaps for future IT investments.
Technology Implementation:
InnoCape assists clients in implementing new technologies to improve business processes or enhance products and services. This may involve assessing technology needs, selecting appropriate solutions, developing implementation plans, implementation and providing training and support to users.
About Us
InnoCape brings more than 20 years of experience designing and implementing enterprise systems and applications in both the public sector and commercial markets. We are a small business by revenue classification, are currently supporting clients that are critical to global partner defense and can support work in highly classified environments. InnoCape augments our staff with a group of industry recognized professionals, built through our decades of industry experience, which allow us to engage domain experts with unique intellectual capital to support highly specific client challenges. InnoCape leverages technology to maintain a very lean organizational footprint and overhead cost structure insuring we will maintain a competitive value for our customers.
Jan Lowry, Chief Executive Officer
Jan Lowry is a highly experienced business development and program manager with over 20 years of experience in capture and delivery of large technical programs. Lowry’s professional experience includes working as an Executive Program Manager at IBM, where he was responsible for successfully delivering a portfolio, including multi-million dollar programs at the Health and Human Services Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services, the Dept of State Foreign Service Institute and the US Army. He has also worked as a Principal Systems Engineer at General Dynamics and as an Adjunct Professor at Old Dominion University.
Mr. Lowry earned his MS Degree from Old Dominion University in Education and has obtained several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) and IBM Senior Project Manager.
